1.Zn, NiCuNi coating, the two coating are mostly used in magnet protection, The Deko® Magnetics give a SST test 24 hours at least for Zn coating, 48 hours at least for NiCuNi coating.
2.Black epoxy coating is good corrosion resistance for NdFeB magnet, we give a minimum SST result as 96 hours, some special product can pass 200 hours.
3.Colorful epoxy coating, the coating is used for consumer products, the SST test is 48 hours at least, the color is customized by Patone card, C series.
4.Everlube coating, it’s invented by MIC company, the coating is very good bonding force with NdFeB, even when the coating is broken, the corrosion area is limited in small place, not extanded much, the SST test is passed 200 hours, sometimes 500 hours even. The coating is better for sea condition or moisture area.
5.Chemical Ni, NiSn coating, these coating are high corrosion resistance than NiCuNi, Zn coatings, and the clients don’t want to get eopoy/everlube, but a metal coating. The SST test is over 200 hours. The coating is use for electronics parts mostly.
