As quality requirement is getting strictly, especially the automatic assemblies are widely used in electronics and industry products, the clients request a very small tolerance and flawless shape for NDFEB magnets, so the automatic inspection machine is requested more and more, now we also have 2 machines to control the tolerance and shape of magnets; the efficiency is good, normally 300~600 pcs magnets are tested every minute, the size is from D1.0~D20 mm, the thickness is from 0.3mm to 5 mm.
The machine not only test size and shape, but also check coating consistence, dark or bad coating color are also varified very precisely.
